COLD EXTRACTION TECHNOLOGY
With the new Cold Extraction Technology you can get Cold Brew on-demand, in under 5 min. The
water bypasses the heating unit reaching the brewing chamber at ambient temperature. The
brewing process is characterized by the pulsing pattern of the pump and uses low pressure with
coffee being extracted drop by drop, similar to drip extraction.
LATTECREMA HOT AND COOL TECHNOLOGIES
